Reservations, Bookings, & Purchases
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you opt to deal.
Booking can be made online by filling up the booking form provided here. Payment can be made through any of the credit/debit cards listed here. Booking can be made for any person other than card holder also. For that you need to fill up details of card holder for payment and details of user for booking. The use of credit card is totally safe, we use EBS payment gateway for payment. EBS has a 128 bits SSL encryption technology compliant solution certified by VeriSign. Your card details are not shared.
Bus Booking Terms:
Apart from the general terms and conditions the below mentioned are the specific bus booking terms.
Our responsibilities include:
- Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its’ network of bus operators
- Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation
- Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience
Our responsibilities do NOT include:
- The bus operator’s bus not departing / reaching on time
- The bus operator’s employees being rude the bus operator’s bus seats etc not being up to the customer’s expectation
- The bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons
- The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged
- The bus operator changing a customer’s seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child
- The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus)
- The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point
Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail). - Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card).
Flight Booking Terms:
- The total price displayed on the Site includes all applicable government taxes.
- You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
- There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
- Refund against partially utilized ticket is as per airlines terms and conditions and could take up to 90 days.
- To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
- Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
- All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.
- We recommend user to refer airlines terms and conditions before booking the ticket.
- By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline
Check-in:
- As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
- For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
- The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
- Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times are subject to fees/charges/ levies/ payments as may be levied /payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy.
- Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you.
- Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account.
- If Air ticket cancelling within 24hrs of starting time cancellation will come under “no show”, cancellation charges for no show will be differ based on airlines.
Hotel Booking Terms:
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.
- Check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy.
- Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
- Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
- Government has levied service tax on hotel room charges effective on stays from 1st May 2011. This tax may be required to be settled directly at the hotel.
Cancellation Charges:
- You must be 18 to check in to this hotel.
- Your credit card is charged the total cost above at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
- Failure to check into the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay at the hotel being charged to your credit card.
- All hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the Christmas eve and New Year's eve on the stay during respective periods. Besides, other special supplements may be applicable during festival periods such as Diwali, Dusshera etc.
- The charge for the same as applicable at the hotel would have to be cleared directly at the hotel.
- We shall not be responsible for any such additional charges levied by the hotel other than the room charges.
- First night cost (including taxes & service charge) will be charged if you cancel this booking. You might be charged upto the full cost of stay (including taxes & service charge) if you do not check-in to the hotel.
